INTRODUCTION

  • The Schaefer School offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees with a variety of certificates in various engineering and scientific disciplines to full-time students and part-time professionals. The goal of most doctoral work is to develop technologies and processes that provide social benefits in security, energy, conservation and environmental protection, medicine, and health care.
  • The Business School offers certificates and degrees of undergraduate, master's, MBA and doctoral degrees in a variety of technology management specialties with an emphasis on mathematical business models, applications of hard science to product concepts and marketing, financial engineering (stochastic calculus, probability and statistics as descriptions of the dynamic behavior of financial markets) and case study methods of business analysis.
  • The School of Systems and Enterprise (SSE) has faculty with industry and government experience to provide real-world applications to its students. The university's education and research spans a wide range of disciplines, including defence, homeland security, intelligence, nuclear weapons, communications, space, infrastructure, finance and business solutions. SCHOLARSHIPS AND FUNDING

Stevens awards a number of merit scholarships annually to the most outstanding students.  You will be automatically considered for a Stevens Scholarship when you are admitted; no additional application is required, with a few exceptions.

  • Edwin A. Stevens Scholarship: This scholarship is named in honor of the founder of Stevens Institute of Technology. It is awarded to students who excelled in high school, as evidenced by their transcripts, standardized test scores, and letters of recommendation. The Edwin A. Stevens Scholarship is granted for four years (or eight full-time semesters) of undergraduate study and is renewable as long as you make satisfactory academic progress.
  • ROTC Matching Scholarships: Stevens students who receive an ROTC Scholarship of $7,500 or more will receive an additional scholarship from Stevens. This additional amount will be the entire difference between the ROTC Scholarship (plus any other scholarships and achievement grants) and the cost of tuition. This scholarship is only available during the semesters in which you are eligible for the ROTC Scholarship.
  • Global Scholarships: Stevens offers a limited number of Global Scholarships each year to international students with academic excellence. International students who wish to be considered for institutional scholarships must submit CSS PROFILE on the College Board website. The university will notify you if you receive a Global Scholarship. This scholarship is renewable for eight semesters of full-time undergraduate study as long as you make satisfactory academic progress.
