APPLICATION PROFILE

• • • Transcripts record, transcripts, degrees, within the last 2-3 years of study (secondary school, high school & university degrees), to be able to apply for admission to higher education.
    • English certificates such as: IELTS or equivalent qualifications such as SAT, TOEFL, depending on the English requirements of the registered college, university or high school or junior high school.
    • Original passport valid, signed, valid for at least 6 months and with 2 or more blank visa pages.
    • Notarized copy of birth certificate with English translation.
    • Invoice for paying the admission fee at the school.

HEALTH EXAMINATION

Medical examination at the request of the  British Embassy with an intensive TB health check. This is a mandatory condition for you to study a program in the UK for 6 months or more, at 2 main campuses:

    • 1B Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, City. HCM.
    • Working: from 7:30 a.m. (morning) to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily, excluding public holidays

Some documents to prepare when going for a medical examination:

• • • Passport (original, still valid)
    • Chứng minh nhân dân, căn cước công dân tại Việt Nam
    • Medical examination fee ($105, equivalent to ...)
    • 2 tấm ảnh hộ chiếu (kích thước 4 x 6, phông nền trắng sáng)

PROOF OF FINANCIAL CAPACITY

Bank passbook, financial documents with confirmation from the bank, ensuring enough to cover tuition fees, living expenses and accommodation while living in the UK, enough to pay such things as:

• • • Full tuition fee, with CAS – A confirmation of tuition payment from the school representative sent to your family, after you pass the university, along with an invoice for part/full tuition.
    • Cost of living, guaranteed to cover the entire length of your course.
    • Travel expenses, and personal living expenses (cash), monthly expenses.

Example: a 17-year-old student studying in the UK on a (Child) Student Visa, Tier 4 Visa, with a total cost of 2 years of GBP 57,310 (British pound), with a first year cost of GBP 30,000, the amount paid to go to school is 15,000 GBP, so the amount needed in the savings book is 15,000 GBP.

Proof of your income

• • • Documents of ownership of assets such as land, houses, bonds.
    • Business license
    • Certificate of land use, together with the power of attorney for land use
    • Red book, Pink book proving ownership of land.
    • Proof of income.
    • Tax papers in the last 3 years: License tax, other taxes.

Fees are not accepted

• • • Bank overdraft, spending exceeding the bank's allowable limit
    • Bitcoin money
    • Stocks and corporate shares
    • Information about pension funds
    • A bank account that is not regulated by a financial regulator in the country in which you are registered
    • Bank accounts that do not use electronic record keeping
