UK VISA PROFILE

1. Student visa documents

- - Printed copy of your completed and signed visa application form
  - Copy of the appendix filled in with all information
  - Current passport with at least 2 blank pages
  - A copy of Passport
  - 2 passport photos (4.5 x 3.5) taken on a white background
  - CAS number (Letter of Admission) issued by the school
  - Letter of confirmation from parents agreeing to send their children to school for students under 18 years old
  - Bank statements
  - Originals and copies of diplomas and certificates upon which the school considers you to be accepted into the course
  - English certificate
  - Original and copy of household registration book
  - A certificate that you are not infected with pulmonary tuberculosis from an Authorized Medical Center of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) (if the course is more than 6 months)

Note:All of the above documents must be originals, if not presented in English, a notarized English translation must be attached.

3/ Profile of relatives tourist visa

- - Original passport (valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into the UK)
  - All old passports (if any)
  - 02 photos 4x6cm, white background, taken within 3 months
  - UK visa application form (completed online)
  - Sao y Sổ hộ khẩu gia đình
  - Sao y Giấy đăng ký kết hôn (nếu có)
  - Sao y Giấy khai sinh của con (nếu đã có con)
  - Thư chấp thuận của cả bố và mẹ có xác nhận của chính quyền địa phương (nếu người xin dưới 18 tuổi không đi cùng bố mẹ)

4/ Professional proof documents

If you are an officer or employee:

- - Copy of Labor contract / Recruitment decision / Appointment decision / Salary increase decision
  - Application to travel
  - Salary confirmation for the last 3 months (if paid in cash)
  - Sao kê tài khoản 3 tháng gần nhất (nếu trả lương qua ngân hàng)
  - Business card at the company at work
  - If you're a business owner:
  - Copy of Business registration
  - Tax payment report for the last 6 months
  - Job handover paper while away
  - If you are a retired person:
  - Retirement Card / Retirement Decision / Monthly Pension Book
  - If you're students:
  - Application for dismissal certified by the school

5/ Financial proof documents

- - Copy a passbook with a minimum value of 50,000 USD or more or an original certificate of bank account balance of an individual or agency if you are a business owner
  - Copy the Red Book or Land Use Right Certificate, or the Land Inheritance Transfer Certificate with a red mark or confirmation of the local government (if availabale)
  - Copy Lease agreement + tax payment invoice (if available)
  - Copy the certificate of ownership of other assets (cars, stocks, shares, bonds)

6/ Travel documents (For tourist visa)

- - 2-way flight booking confirmation
  - Hotel booking confirmation
  - Travel itinerary in the UK

VISA APPLYING LOCATION

Address of the UK Visa Application Centre – VFS Global:

- - In Hanoi: G04, Ocean Park Building, No. 1 Dao Duy Anh, Phuong Mai, Dong Da
  - In Da Nang: 6th Floor, ACB Building, No. 218 Bach Dang, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District
  - In Ho Chi Minh City: 5th Floor, Resco Building, 94 – 96 Nguyen Du, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1

Application time: From 8:30 to 15:00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

NOTES

- - Besides the prepared documents, passports and other identification documents, be sure to bring an appointment confirmation because if you do not have it, you will have to return, and if you do not return in time, you will have to do it again from the appointment step again.
  - After VFS Global receives and checks your application, you will be issued a receipt. Please keep this receipt to bring back the file later.
